Demolition of existing 1970ʼs two storey ROSLA unit including asbestos removal. Construction of a new single storey teaching block. The domestic science room included a full fit out of food technology equipment.

The cafeteria including full catering equipment fit-out was designed for use by the general public as part of the schools integration with the local community. Construction cost engineered down from tender sum by 20% to assist the client stay within their budget. This was achieved with reduced specifications, value engineering and general cost reductions.
