Scope of Work

Structural Modifications: Removal of structural walls in the library, breakfast area, and reception classrooms to reconfigure spaces.
Partition Installation: Erection of new partitions to create additional rooms tailored to the school’s needs.
Interior Fit-Out: Comprehensive fit-out of newly created areas, featuring suspended ceilings, modern light fittings, decorative finishes, and new flooring.
Project Overview
The renovation of Primrose Hill Primary School involved significant internal alterations, including the relocation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) fixtures and fittings. This project required careful planning and coordination, as the school remained occupied throughout the construction period.
