New build extension to existing dwelling. The extension, comprising of steel frame construction contained a great deal of intricacy due to the amount of features with the vaulted ceilings and glass roof light.

There was a great deal of detail required in the build to maintain the aspects of the original design. The construction time was 16 weeks with some very long lead-in material deliveries. These long delivery periods were managed out with pre-planning and advanced ordering and ensured our contract completion date was met.
