This sector consists of the construction of non-residential buildings that our clients then sell on or rent out. Types of properties include schools, hospitals, retail stores and airport buildings and can be complete new builds or the assembly and erection of prefabricated buildings. On occasion we have also gone on to provide a repairs and maintenance after care service for our clients.
