The following photographs are taken during and after two recent contracts we have undertaken. The first set is an extension we completed in Ellesmere Park. The job was to build a double garage, kitchen, playroom and a stepped block paved patio. The contract was for a duration of 10 weeks.

The first picture shows the build well underway as the roof is starting to be constructed and the foundations are being laid for the paved patio. The second picture shows the extension completed from the rear. The patio complete leading from the garden into the kitchen with the playroom directly above.

The next set of photos show a refurbishment that was completed for the City of Salford. The brief was to completed a refurbishment of a Building Society in Salford to be converted in a commercial office space for a branch of the councils Property division.

The pictures show a dramatic change. The first picture (left) shows from the early stages the refurbishment starting to take place, this involved removing the old safe and creating a separate internal office and ceiling.

The final picture (right) shows the completed commercial space with the council in residence. The job was completed in 8 weeks.
