The company employ an honest, friendly and experienced in-house workforce. Any sub-contractors used are pre-vetted for necessary qualifications and most have worked alongside the company for the last ten years.
Our staff will be on site every day and each of our projects is well managed with the aim of finishing in the quickest time possible without neglecting attention to detail.
Schofield and Sons Ltd. are fully committed to our Health and Safety responsibilities and place paramount importance on the health and safety of both our employees and the public, working alongside Health and Safety Executive bodies such as the Contractor Heath Assessment Scheme CHAS to ensure that we are fully compliant with current Health and Safety law.
All members of staff have undertaken industry recognised Health and Safety training and wear personal protection equipment on site as required. And whilst having a very positive Health and Safety record, Schofield and Sons are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance.
